Information for Authors

In general, only original papers will be considered: manuscripts are accepted for review with the understanding that the same work has not been published, nor is presently submitted, elsewhere. However, papers previously presented in conference proceedings of limited circulation are usually eligible for publication in revised form. The Editor should be informed of such prior presentation at the time a manuscript is submitted.
All coauthors must approve of submission of the manuscript.
Submission of Manuscripts for Review. Electronic submission of manuscripts is preferred. Detailed instructions appear on the manuscript submission page.
Transmission to the publisher and LaTeX formatting. For information on transmission to the publisher of final versions of accepted manuscripts see the Elsevier Information and Computation Guide for Authors page.
