* The overall ranking was performed as follows: each person's ranking was taken as a series of pairwise comparisons (three pairwise comparisons for rankings of three chocolates, and ten pairwise comparisons for rankings of five chocolates). In each one of those comparisons, there was a winner (the chocolate that tasted better) and a loser. The ranking was done according to the win:lose ratio (last column) for each chocolate.
