Spooky GSB Halloween Costume Party

Bwahhaaahahaaaha! Happy spooky GSB! The spirits will be out tonight at GSB as it coincides with the first (annual?) CSAIL Halloween Party (starting at 4:30pm in your usual GSB local).

And now for the top 10 best costume ideas for people that have no costumes:

1) Show up: you're dressed as a grad student at a nerdy technical University (Do this and you win the Lame-o award) 2) Grab a calculator (or maybe just a strip of tape) and spin around while shouting out calculations: You're a turning machine. 3) Eat some apples (I've got some in my office if you need them) tie the cores to your cloths: You're a core dump. 4) Put on shoes that are the *same* size. Walk around and quack. You're the difference between a duck(*) 5) Walk around contorting your body into weird positions and at weird angles, drool occasionally. Optionally get a bunch of trendy looking architecture students to follow you around worshiping you and collecting your drool for display at a museum built by you: You're a Gehry building. 6) Borrow someone's office plant and put it on your head, walk around eating brownies and giggle occasionally: You're a pot head. 7) Get a sheet of paper with a thin column of text down the middle of it. Have some of your friends carry around X's and other carry around O's. You're a separating plane with large margins. 9) You can be extremely lame and not show up: You are the invisible man or woman (this is a great opportunity for the shy and curious people out there to cross dress, you might as well be the invisible [insert your opposite gender] instead of the invisible [insert your gender]. 10) Show up and try to light a fire, orienteer your way through the Stata center, change the toner in a printer, submit fixes to CSAIL Debian. I'm your Den Mother, I'll give you a badge, that makes you a Girl Scout! So come benefit yourself at tonights extra spooky Halloween (come in costume even if it's lame), edition of...
