New Windows?!

So I'm working on a paper, so I didn't have time to completely explore 
the new web site (http://www.csail.mit.edu/). It's different. And not in 
that Apple kind of way.

- Flash on the main page.
  - There should be a way to make it stop.
  - The animated arrow needs to go.
  - I don't like the constantly changing images.

- Opening new windows AND changing the current window at the same time.
  - Nice trick, but it seems doubly bad. What's next? Pop-under ads?

- It is still a bit buggy.
  - Search boxes that don't have a way to search. Oops.
  - I can search and make it say "Validation error, please try again. If 
this error persists, please contact the site administrator."

The forum doesn't have many comments. If you don't feel comfortable 
leaving your comments in the forum, just edit other people's comments. 
It's anonymous that way.
