As someone who was born and spent a large part of childhood in South
Korea, I feel strongly compelled to mention this week's release of what
is surely destined to be the Game of the Century: Starcraft 2, a sequel
to the Game of the Last Century, Starcraft.
As confirmed by my trusted sources, the Korean economy has come to a
stall shortly after the release, as some millions of people frantically
rush to the Battle.net to showcase their superhuman mouse reflex and
eye-coordination, and reach for all the glory and fame that come with
being a top Starcraft pro-gamer in Korea.

Korea isn't the only country affected by this. Did you see the New York
Times article today about the slow growth of the U.S. economy? This can
be explained by only one thing.
