From: lisa@ai.mit.edu (Lisa G. Dron) Date: Thu, 13 May 93 21:52:53 EDT To: agavin Subject: icing Andy, By special election, you have been chosen to volunteer to ice the beer tomorrow. Had you volunteered earlier, I would have shown you the ropes, but that's too late now. Anyway, it's easy. Follow these steps: 1) Grab the yellow barrel from the kitchen and put it on something with wheels. 2) Get the beer out of pgs's office and your fridge and place in barrel. 3) Go to basement, turn left on leaving the elevator, and go down hallway parallel to the one that leads to the stockroom. 4) Halfway down the hall on your right is a double door, which should be unlocked. (It may pretend to be locked, but only needs to be pushed.) If it isn't unlocked, there is a little doorbell on the side. 5) From the ice machine against the wall, fill the barrel till the bottles are covered. 6) Leave one beer behind for Elijah (that's what the Sam Adams Lager is for) so that we will be sure to find the door unlocked again next week. 7) Go back to 7th floor and deposit barrel in playroom. Note: this should be done between 1:30 and 2:00pm. At most it will take 10 minutes of your time. If you can't do it, please try to find someone who can. Patrick has planned some really good beer this week to celebrate the end of the term. Thanks, Lisa
