How hard is it to steer a roast?  To steer the steer can certainly
instill fear but to steer the roast is good means boast.  What will
make the roast go?  Does it roll or coast?  Can it coast from coast to
coast?

Perhaps it is best to just stick to roasting the steer?  I mean, in
general if there is a steer here I try to steer clear but when its a
roast I'm in the clear and look for my beer because there is nothing
to fear.  It can bring great cheer to those who cheer for the flaming
steer.
