Featured on this week's Chez GSL menu is Coq au Vin (loosely
translated, "chicken with wine sauce") on a bed of fusilli (a
corkscrew-shaped pasta), with a Rustica sauce (that's a chunky
tomato-based sauce, also with a wine base) for the herbivorously
inclined. For dessert you will have a choice from a selection of baked
confections.
Or was that two weeks ago? That would make this week macaroni and cheese
with ice cream sandwiches for dessert. I can never keep this straight.
In any case, this week's lunch special, whatever it may be, begins
