From a geeky Liberal Artist to all the geeky engineers and scientists
on this list I would like it recorded for posterity that "wherefore" IS
NOT synonymous with "where"! Jeez.. the harm you people inflict on my
language is intolerable!
I bet if Asimov or Heinlein ever used wherefore you'd all know what the
friggin' word means.
For that matter do you even know the difference between "flotsam" and
"jetsam" (a beer at at the April 9th GSB, to the first person who
responds with the right answer)?
