Fourth of July Burlesque Show

Not sure what to do for the 4th? Need to kick-start your weekend? We've
got the solution for you!

Avoid the crowds and celebrate with CSAIL on the 9th floor!

Festivities include non-flamable fireworks. Also a burlesque show. Both
are kiddie-safe and approved for all ages. In fact, the fireworks aren't
really fireworks. They're sort of an optical illusion. You see, after many
drinks, when the colors start to swirl in your vision (so I'm told), Mike
will jump around waving and screaming. You'll feel like you're on a
rollercoaster of independence-day fun! So it's totally a trick of
perception. Sort of like how the longer your work on your thesis, the
farther you get from completing it. So with no moving parts and no popping
noises, you can see how these "fireworks" are safe for children and pets!

And the burlesque(*) show is not-to-be-missed! The GSB staff has prepared a
special performance, starting with some jazz standards I think you'll all
recognize, then we switch it up with a contemporary rap (which demonstrates
our eclectic taste and our connection to the pulse of youth culture), and
the finale is Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture done entirely in belches. We're
still looking for someone who can belch the tune of the National Anthem, and
GSB is prepared to offer a free beverage to anyone with such talents.

(*) We use "burlesque" in the sense meaning "show where talent-less rubes
make fools of themselves, without actually getting naked," in contrast with
the usual usage.
