Are they 4real?

Sometimes naming your kid "Picabo," "Moon Unit," or "Apple" seems pretty
bad. And then sometimes in comparison, maybe it's not.

There's a couple in New Zealand trying to name their child "4real."
Luckily, someone is looking out for the child and the name was blocked
on the grounds that numbers aren't allowed and because it is "likely to
cause offense to a reasonable person." If the parent's don't win the
appeal then the child is going to be named "real."

I guess that's not as bad as the Swedish couple who wanted to name their
kid "Brfxxccxxmnpcccclllmmnprxvclmnckssqlbb11116." By the way, that's
pronounced "Albin." Then they tried "A" which is somehow pronounced the same way.

I feel badly for the people stuck with these names, but when you change
your name yourself...

One person changed his name to "Optimus Prime" because he was like a
"father figure" to him.

A British politician tried to get elected by changing his name to
"Tarquin
Fin-tim-lin-bin-whin-bim-lim-bus-stop-F'tang-F'tang-Olé-Biscuitbarrel." He joined the "Official Monster Raving Loony Party."
