[csail-related] GSB Tonight: October

October was a good month.  The only thing I found surprising is that it 
snowed.  I remember my first year it snowed on Nov. 20th.  I think that 
was pretty crazy early, but it didn't snow that early again until this 
year.  What's up with this crazy weather?
