Soap is a good thing. It removes dirt and germs and helps you lead a
healthy life. Add to that, it often smells good, too (Most soaps are
infused with some kind of fragrance.), so what's not to love?
When I was in high school I used to sit next to this one guy in geometry
class. He was a nice guy, one of the cooler kids, but still nice [1].
Generally, I liked him. There was one thing that really bothered me
about him, though: he wore waaaaaaay too much cologne.
Time passes and memory fades. After a while I had forgotten about him
(and the others that wore too much fragrance in class). I started to
think that it was just a sign of maturity not to overwhelm everyone's
nose with your favorite toilet-water. [2] Well, I found someone that
does just that. [3] When he entered the room I had to excuse myself for
a time because the intensity was just too much for me to handle.
Unfortunately, there are certain people here at CSAIL that transgress on
this front. I will not name names. Suffice it to say, I can generally
tell where they went, where they came from, and how long ago. [4] Given
the nature of their aromas, I'm thinking they just use too much soap as
opposed to pouring on the perfume, or something. I'm not sure. Maybe I
should ask ...
There's only one solution: be like me and shower at most once a week.
Let's talk about the right amount of times to shower in a week at this
week's:

girl scout benefit -+- 5:30 pm -+- 32-G9 lounge

For those coming from elsewhere: Building 32 is

Once you are in 32, just take the G-elevator to the 9th
floor and we will be in the lounge that you will be looking at

[1] I don't know about you, but in school I was that nerdy kid that got
picked on all the time. I hated high school.
[2] Why is it called "eau de toilette" anyway?
[3] He's a Sloanie; that makes sense to me somehow.
[4] I feel like a bloodhound every time. Maybe I should stop
complaining and thank them for making me feel like a superhero:
"Bloodhound Man: able to tell what phase of your cycle you're on!" On
second thought ...
