[csail-related] GSB Tonight: February?

That was February?  Seriously?  Huh.

You may recall that I claimed February wasn't a "real" month a few 
months ago [1].  I'm not sure if that was true to begin with, or if I 
just intimidated February into being so mild.  All I know, is that 
February (despite having an extra day this year) wasn't able to bring 
its game.  It looked like it tried to live up to expectations near the 
end, but then March just swooped in a claimed all the snowy glory.

I'm into the GSL [2].  I get all my weather news about Korea from 
watching the GSL.  Tasteless said the other day "... it's so cold, when 
you're outside all you can do is think about how much your face hurts."

So again I say, "That was February?  Seriously?"

Also, all my family in Germany has told me their Winter was one of the 
worst they can remember; far too cold for their tastes.  Surely it's bad 
here to, no?  No.
