The semester is coming to a close [1] and I find myself thinking of the
future.  What will technology bring us?  It's funny, but really the only
thing I want is perfect indoor temperature control [2].  I was just in the
bathroom realizing that I was freezing various body parts off [3] when I
remembered that in the Star Trek universe the world is completely weather
controlled.  All of it.  Boy are we far away from that ...

I'm cold down here.  Let's go up to the 9th floor and warm up at this
week's:
