                 cfp:  heavyweight languages workshop

this workshop will celebrate heavyweight programming languages - those which 
are so cumbersome and complex that their designers never even attempted to 
program in them.  special sessions include:

``cobol: write-once, read-never''
``fortran-77 for the web''
``the new joy of goto''

afterwards, a social hour of APL hacking, self-flagellation, and weeping and
