Several people have told me I overstepped the mark. My e-mail wasn't
intended to be insulting (quite the opposite) but I understand that it
could be read as such, in particular the potential for double-entendre
with the last line. For that, I apologise to Richard. I meant no
disrespect, and the main, positive part of my message was sincere. To
the rest of you, I'm sorry for filling up your inboxes.
