This has always been my favorite time of year. It's so densely-packed
with holidays! It all starts with my birthday on the 25th, then
Halloween on the 31st, then Thanksgiving, then Christmas, then New
Years. Also (for those of us from this hemisphere), there's the cold
and the togetherness that cold (and numerous holidays) brings. It's
just a great time of year.
In MA, it's been a bit weird this year, though. Did anyone else notice
the sudden change in temperature? It was suddenly 22?C outside. I was
sweating by the time I had walked halfway to lab, and I had to change
clothes. The weirdest part of all of this, was that the trees suddenly
knew, in the middle of this heat wave we had, that it was actually Fall,
so they started to shed their leaves. How?
Anyway, as many of you surely know, the annual CSAIL Halloween party is
today at 4. Will you attend? Will I attend? More importantly, whose
costume will we all talk the most smack about at this week's:

Once you are in 32, just take the G-elevator to the 9th
floor and we will be in the lounge that you will be looking at
